Everyone loves Google and its awesome products. Android as a mobile OS and Gmail as email system are being used like hell. Almost everyone who uses the internet has a Gmail address. And on the other side, Android is the most used mobile OS across the globe. Since both are the Google products, syncing and many other options are there that ease you to do many stuff on your Android smartphone. When you use a phone, you add so many contacts in your phone or SIM memory. Since the data loss is a major problem smartphone users are facing frequently, it is always a good idea to keep a backup copy of every important data of our phone.

Phone contacts are very important, and that should be backed up somewhere from where they can be retrieved when needed.

The best place to contacts of your Android phone is Google Gmail, I think most people will make the same choice because Gmail is easy to use and free. To use play store we all use a Gmail account on our phone, and that makes the backup work easier.

In fact, there are many ways and programs to back up Android contacts except Gmail. Every method has advantages and disadvantages, so we should choose the proper method on the basis of the condition of our needs. In this post, I am sharing three different methods to backup Android contacts with or without Gmail.

If you want to check whether the contacts are backed up correctly or not then, you can go to your Gmail account. And click on the Gmail just below the logo Google, and then click on "Contacts" which will show you the list of contacts.
